Nestled in the heart of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, The Nook by UAIER is more than just a kiddies’ library — it’s a vibrant learning haven where curiosity is celebrated, stories come alive, and cultural pride is nurtured one page at a time.

What is The Nook by UAIER?

The Nook by UAIER is a thoughtfully curated children’s library and learning space powered by Uyai Akwa Ibom Educational Resources (UAIER). It is designed to spark imagination, build literacy skills, and connect children with both global perspectives and local heritage. Our collection features over 500 books, including titles in English and Ibibio, Africa’s rich indigenous language spoken by the people of Akwa Ibom.

Here, children explore not only fairy tales and adventure stories but also meaningful literature that reflects their culture, language, and everyday realities.
